The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral on the following

SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1                                       
"An Act establishing a motor vehicle recycling grant fund and a               
motor vehicle recycling registration fee; and providing for an                 
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
SSHB 1 is currently in Community & Regional Affairs Committee                  
with a further referral to the Finance Committee.
